Barry joined Signature Financial Services Group in 2016. Barry began his professional career in banking soon after graduation in 1971 from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where he played basketball. He completed the management training program with the former Southern National Bank and graduated from the North Carolina School of Banking in Chapel Hill.
He entered the insurance industry in 1980 and enjoyed a distinguished career with Jefferson-Pilot Insurance and its predecessor Pilot Life. Barry was the leading Sales Manager, nationally for 11 of his 14 years with the firm. After setting up his private practice in 1996, Barry has continued to focus on serving his many Clients. Barry is a Registered Representative with Lincoln Financial Securities.
He and his wife, Amelia, reside in Greensboro, North Carolina.
